TRAIN LIKE A FIGHTER FITNESS BOOT CAMP – STARTING IN MAY

 

These 1 hr long Group Fitness Classes, taught by James Watson

will take you through a Fighter inspired Full Body Workout.

 

All Fitness Levels are Welcome!

 

One Class per Week for 10 Weeks = $120 + HST

 

3 different time slots to choose from*

 

Mon. – 6:00am                   Wed. – 12:00pm                     Sat. – 12:00pm

*Participants will sign up for a specific date & time (no mix & match), and we require a minimum of 4 Participants to be able to run each slot.
